Sotto refutes Imee Marcos: No talks on con-ass

MANILA, Philippines – Senate Minority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto on Sunday refuted Sen. Imee Marcos’ claims about a plot to hold a constitutional assembly in a bid to block the presidential run of Vice President Sara Duterte in 2028. This comes a few days after minority Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson called Marcos’ claims “outright lies.”
